BASE – Come and give sailing a try!

Dedicated to those aged 18 or over, approaching sailing for the first time or have little experience still, the course aims to teach how to sail a boat in safety and autonomy in light and medium wind conditions.
Through theoretical and practical lessons, using group, double and single vessels, students will be guided through the exploration of the sailboat and its fundamental operating principles.During the summer season: – complete 8 days course taking place during the week-ends (even non consecutive).

ADVANCED – Learning even more.

The aim of the course is to complete the teachings started with the basic course and learn more about the technique in sailing. Technical execution of the maneuvers, use of the gennaker and spinnaker, use of the trapeze harness are some of the topics that will be addressed during the course. From 9:00 to 13:00, in weekends in May or in October.

Registrations

Enrollments must be completed at the office by the Friday before starting the course.
A deposit of € 50 is required; the remainder by mid course.

Requirements

It is mandatory to know how to swim.
Upon registration a health certificate must be provided.

Costs

● Base: 1 weekend € 145,00 / 2 weekends € 240,00 / 3 weekends € 340,00 / 4 weekends € 400,00

We also perform private lessons, individual or group

AT THE END OF THE DRIFTS COURSE OF 4 WEEKENDS STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE OUR BOATS.

Additional discounts for residents from the town of Gravedona ed Uniti. Progressive discounts for those attending the same course several times during the season.

Membership activity

The enrollment includes the fee for the current year. Members can use the facilities and participate in the many activities that we offer: members regattas, dinners, barbecues, cultural meetings …

Il circolo dispone di una comoda foresteria con 32 posti letto, utilizzabile dai soci e dagli allievi della scuola di vela.
Il bar/ristorante è a vostra disposizione durante il periodo di apertura del circolo per colazione, pranzo, cena, aperitivi.
